In the biodegradation process, it is generally decomposed into small molecular organic matter such as amino acids and carbohydrates through the action of enzymes. Then it can be directly used by aerobic bacteria. The concentration of pollutants in wastewater is relatively high. Directly using aerobic processes to remove all organic matter will consume a large amount of electricity and will inevitably increase the operating costs of the system.


3. Aerobic part: The SBR process is an intermittent activated sludge system. Its basic feature is to achieve the removal of different organic matter at different times in the same reaction tank. The operation of a single SBR pool includes five basic processes: water inlet, reaction, sedimentation, water outlet and idle, and the cycle operates over and over again. This process does not require additional secondary sedimentation tanks and sludge return equipment. The process flow is simple and the treatment effect is good.
